This position is pivotal in driving the mission and strategic initiatives of our partner organization, which harnesses the collective power of volunteers to enhance voter engagement. As Chief of Staff, you'll collaborate closely with leadership to streamline operations, promote programmatic excellence, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

• Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence and rigorous program evaluation.
• Lead end-to-end OKR process ensuring alignment between organizational goals and team performance.
• Act as the representative of the Co-Executive Directors in high-level meetings.
• Assist in managing relationships with key external stakeholders.
• Coordinate high-profile meetings and events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of senior management experience.
• Proven leadership and relationship management experience.
• Demonstrated capability in developing and operationalizing strategies for organizational growth.
• Commitment to quality programs and data-driven evaluation.
• Excellence in organizational management and staff coaching.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
