The Chief of Staff role offers an opportunity to work closely with C-level executives, driving strategic and operational finance and BI projects.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in an analytical finance or BI role.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; ideally complemented by experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Looker, Tableau).
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge in process development and interest in expanding this area.
• Quick comprehension, structured thinking, and strong solution orientation.
• High affinity for numbers and enjoyment of structure, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Professional appearance, discretion, and confident communication.
