In this role, you will contribute to the success of large-scale business and technology initiatives by ensuring accurate configuration, testing, and validation of critical systems.

In Short

• Perform post-promotion validations to confirm successful code migration across downstream environments.
• Conduct monthly and weekly product audits to ensure benefits align with defined benefit matrices.
• Run queries and claims testing to validate Behavioral Health benefit configurations against business requirements.
• Create and manage JIRA tickets for incidents, defects, and configuration adjustments.
• Validate service rules in line with benefit matrices and compliance standards.
• Support UAT activities across multiple domains, collaborating with domain points of contact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and recommend process or system improvements.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented analyst with strong SQL and testing skills.
• Capability to identify issues and manage tickets.
• Experience in validating system rules.
