In Short

• Serve as the network steward for CTMS, including training and support.
• Build and maintain studies in CTMS per budgets, protocols, and agreements.
• Update CTMS records with protocol, budget, or contract changes.
• Perform data quality checks for accurate and timely reporting.
• Partner with site teams to ensure timely data entry and invoicing.
• Investigate and resolve CTMS issues, communicating status to stakeholders.
• Support CTMS enhancements, including testing and process improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and promote operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technology, management, healthcare, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 3–5+ years of experience in clinical research operations.
• Experience with CTMS platforms preferred.
