In this role, you’ll design, develop, and scale machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. You'll work closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to bring AI-powered innovations into production. In Short

• Design, develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models, including LLMs and Generative AI systems.
• Implement scalable AI solutions that seamlessly integrate into existing platforms and infrastructure.
• Fine-tune AI models using large-scale datasets to meet business and performance goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with strategic objectives.
• Work extensively with healthcare and claims data to build high-performance ML workflows.
• Maintain and improve MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot production-level model issues and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Document processes, methodologies, and best practices to support team knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research breakthroughs, and AI/ML advancements.

Requirements

• Experience in AI/ML model design and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices.
• Ability to work with large datasets and cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
