Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams to deliver high-quality frontend solutions.
• Strong knowledge of React/React Native or similar frameworks.
• Experience in building consistent user experiences across web and mobile.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated success in shipping projects on time.
• Effective communication and mentorship skills.
• Previous experience with development stack: React, React Native, Typescript, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is desirable.
• Experience in designing app-wide navigation systems is beneficial.
