In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial performance by delivering insightful analysis, supporting decision-making, and strengthening collaboration between Finance and Commercial teams.

In Short

• Prepare and analyse monthly results, explaining key variances in sales, margins, and performance vs. budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Support the preparation of management accounts for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with management to set and track monthly and quarterly targets.
• Responsible for reconciling management accounts and quarterly statutory reporting.
• Identify inefficiencies and provide recommendations for process optimization.
• Business partnering with the Commercial team to understand their needs.
• Support stakeholders within the Finance department with ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• +5 years’ experience in Finance, FP&A or related Controlling fields.
• Strong business acumen and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• G-Suite expertise (Sheets).
