Overview

Oshkosh AeroTech is seeking a Passenger Boarding Bridge Technician to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems related to passenger boarding bridges at airport facilities.

In Short

• Repair and maintain passenger boarding bridge systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance services.
• Travel to various airport locations 50–75% of the time.
• Work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license and supply own tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Work effectively in a team and independently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Ensure safety and efficiency in operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Good hand/eye coordination and physical stamina.
• Comfortable working around heavy equipment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in airport operations is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with computers and software applications.
• Willingness to work on-call and rotating shifts.
• Strong communication skills.
