Packaging Technician - Remote

Overview

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Packaging Technician to coordinate the production process at our food processing facility in Newberry, SC, ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met.

In Short

• Coordinate overall production process
• Ensure quality and safety standards are exceeded
• Develop and lead a motivated team
• Monitor production output and troubleshoot issues
• Operate various packaging equipment
• Follow established GMP and housekeeping guidelines
• Work first shift with potential overtime
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills needed
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred

Requirements

• Able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
• 1-2 years of continuous work experience required if no preferred qualifications met
• Strong attention to detail
• Must become LOTO certified
• Experience with Lean initiatives is a plus
