Technician - Remote

Overview

As a Technician at JLL, you will be responsible for monitoring critical systems, managing incidents, and providing technical support within the facilities of Morgan Stanley in Shanghai. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency and responding to emergencies as they arise.

In Short

• 24/7 monitoring of the TMS system for alarms.
• Liaise with local and management teams for incident updates.
• Escalate issues through the incident management protocol.
• Document daily activities and monitor operational status.
• Conduct inspections of communication rooms and facilities.
• Provide immediate response to emergencies and maintenance needs.
• Assist with routine and ad-hoc repairs.
• Support facility operations and vendor maintenance.
• Participate in mock drills for critical incidents.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Requirements

• Experience in facilities management or technical support.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with alarm systems and incident management.
• Technical knowledge of E&M systems.
• Capacity to perform physical inspections and repairs.
