Overview

The Workplace/Mailroom Coordinator will drive an exceptional client team member experience in every interaction, whilst delivering a range of on-site workplace related services. This role plays a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bonds the relationship between JLL, our client and their guest.

In Short

  • Welcome employees with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services.
  • Build rapport with clients and ensure their needs are met.
  • Support the delivery of internal general services across various disciplines.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace guidelines for a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain meeting room standards and liaise with suppliers.
  • Manage the mailroom and provide administration support.
  • Drive digital influence within departments for mail handling.
  • Display flexibility in availability for coverage during high workloads.
  • Provide guidance on navigating self-service functions for technical support.
  • Enhance employee experience through onsite services.

Requirements

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Experience in hospitality or high-end corporate concierge.
  • Prior experience managing meeting room services is an advantage.
  • Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Professional and friendly corporate image.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of verbal and written English.
