Workplace Experience Ambassador - Remote

Overview

The Workplace Experience Ambassador role is focused on providing exceptional internal and external visitor experiences through front-of-house and meeting services at JLL.

In Short

• Own the visitor experience for internal and external customers.
• Deliver core front-of-house services including sign-in and badging.
• Assist and direct visitors and new hires appropriately.
• Maintain presentation standards across meeting and event areas.
• Set up meeting and event spaces as per guidelines.
• Monitor meeting room environments for functionality.
• Keep local area service information up-to-date.
• Liaise with security and janitorial teams for event coordination.
• Respond to meetings and events inquiries in a timely manner.
• Support other facilities team services as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in reception, concierge, or related field.
• Desirable previous catering or hospitality experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse clientele.
• Experience in a high-profile corporate environment.
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Strong PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities with various systems.
• High attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Professionalism and team player attitude.
