Workplace Experience Ambassador - Remote

Overview

The Workplace Experience Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through proactive communication and high-touch service within a select portfolio of properties.

In Short

• Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of service areas.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and performance metrics.
• Enhance engagement and partnership between JLL and key stakeholders.
• Deliver intuitive service and anticipate client needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and guests.
• Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors.
• Assist with event planning and setup.
• Maintain internal protocols and security liaison.
• Order and stock supplies as needed.
• Support kitchen and conference room maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on service excellence.
• Adaptability to changing environments and client needs.
• Basic AV troubleshooting skills.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
