We're seeking a passionate Workplace Experience Coordinator to help us elevate the day-to-day experience of our growing team in our San Francisco office while remotely supporting our Toronto and Los Angeles hubs. In Short

  • Create memorable experiences by planning and executing on-site events and activities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office space.
  • Be the first point of contact for employees' workplace needs.
  • Manage relationships with office vendors and contractors.
  • Coordinate wellness initiatives and ergonomic assessments.
  • Work closely with People Operations, IT, and leadership.
  • Manage office moves and assist with space planning.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a workplace experience or office coordination role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on employee experience.
  • Comfortable with modern office tools and software.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve issues quickly.
  • Positive attitude and thrives in fast-paced environments.
