The Workplace Experience Ambassador team are the owners of the internal and external visitor experience, ensuring high standards of engagement with customers through front-of-house and meeting & event services.

In Short

• Take ownership of the visitor experience.
• Deliver core front of house services.
• Greet and assist visitors and candidates.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and functionality.
• Monitor meeting room environments.
• Coordinate daily updates of room booking systems.

Requirements

• Experience in reception or concierge roles.
• Previous catering or hospitality experience is desirable.
