Overview

The Workspace Experience Enabler at JLL is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external clients, ensuring a positive workplace experience.

In Short

  • Engage with internal and external customers to provide assistance.
  • Support Facilities Management with operational activities.
  • Ensure excellent customer relations and administrative support.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and suggest process improvements.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Assist in procurement of vendors and services.
  • Collect and process feedback from users.
  • Coordinate workspace events and activities.
  • Work closely with various teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, organization, and administration skills.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive in establishing customer relationships.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational matters.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse teams.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
