Overview

The Operation Manager at JLL will oversee Facility Management and Office Services, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management.
  • 3 years of team management experience.
  • Experience in project or program management.
  • Strong IT skills, especially in MS Applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills.
  • Integrity and honesty in all dealings.
  • Ability to query and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines.
