Union Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Union Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in various facilities, ensuring efficient operation and longevity of the equipment.

In Short

• Operates and maintains HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Performs inspections and repairs on property interiors and exteriors.
• Responds to emergencies and prepares summary reports for management.
• Maintains compliance with safety procedures and local ordinances.
• Must be willing to support after-hours building activities.
• Requires Universal EPA 608 Certification.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders.
• Experience in a service-related role for commercial facilities preferred.

• Ability to lift 80 lbs and climb 30 ft ladders.
• On-call duties and overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design preferred.
• Experience with CMMS technology.
• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair.
• Ability to recognize safety hazards and propose solutions.
• Willingness to attend training seminars.
