Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The HVAC Service Technician performs annual preventive maintenance and hands-on repair work within a specified geographic territory, maintaining various building systems according to JLL standards.

In Short

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair services on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and various building systems.
• Identify energy savings opportunities through system and operational improvements.
• Plan work assignments independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Travel to multiple locations within your assigned territory in a company vehicle.
• Communicate with team members via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist other trades in general maintenance and operation of buildings and grounds.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, laws, and regulations.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs.
• Universal CFC certification required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web applications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Hands-on skills with commercial HVAC systems, pumps, motors, air handlers, controls, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools and knowledge of relevant codes.
• Ability to lift and carry 50-100 lbs.
• Clean background check, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Report.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with team members, contractors, occupants, and clients.
• Strong English language skills including grammar and composition.
