Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician will operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficient operation and longevity, while responding to emergencies and performing preventive maintenance.

• Operate and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems.
• Respond to emergencies and perform inspections.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Prepare summary reports of findings and recommendations.
• Utilize building automation and fire/life safety systems.
• Work with CMMS technology for managing work orders.
• Support after-hours building-related activities as needed.
• Attend training seminars for continued learning.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and be able to lift heavy items.

Requirements

• Universal EPA 608 Certification required.
• Minimum four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders.
• Experience in a service-related role for commercial facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design is a plus.
• Ability to perform on-call duties and overtime as required.
