Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficient operation and longevity.

In Short

• Operate and maintain HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Perform inspections and repairs on building systems.
• Respond to emergencies and perform preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• Universal EPA 608 Certification required.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders.
• Experience in managing work orders and CMMS technology preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design is a plus.
• Experience in commercial facilities service roles preferred.
• Ability to perform on-call duties and overtime as required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
