Overview

The Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician operates, inspects, and maintains HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities, ensuring efficient operation and longevity of equipment.

• Operates and maintains HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Performs preventive and repair work orders.

Requirements

• Universal EPA 608 Certification.
• Minimum of four years technical experience in building engineering.
• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair.
• Ability to perform on-call duties.
• Knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design is preferred.
• Experience in service-related roles specific to commercial facilities.
• Ability to recognize and propose methods to eliminate safety hazards.
• Willingness to attend training seminars.
• Must comply with State, County, or City Ordinances.
• Good housekeeping and safety of work areas are essential.
