Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities to ensure efficient operation and longevity.

• Operate and maintain HVAC and plumbing systems.

Requirements

• Universal EPA 608 Certification required.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders.
• On-call duties and overtime may be required.
• Knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design preferred.
• Experience with CMMS technology preferred.
• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair.
• Ability to recognize and propose solutions for safety hazards.
• Experience in a service-related role is a plus.
