Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in various facilities to ensure efficient operation and longevity.

In Short

• Operate and maintain HVAC and associated systems.
• Perform inspections and repairs on facility interiors and exteriors.
• Respond to emergencies and perform preventive maintenance.
• Prepare reports on conditions found during inspections.
• Comply with safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Attend training seminars as required.
• Support after-hours building-related activities as needed.
• Utilize CMMS technology for managing work orders.

Requirements

• Universal EPA 608 Certification required.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair.
• Ability to perform on-call duties and overtime.
• Knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design preferred.
• Experience in a service-related role for commercial facilities is a plus.
