Mobile HVAC Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mobile HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating, inspecting, and performing preventive maintenance on HVAC and other mechanical systems within a facility, ensuring maximum capacity and efficiency.

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct inspections and maintain records of facilities.
• Respond to emergencies and perform necessary repairs.
• Comply with safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain compliance with local ordinances and codes.
• Be on call for after-hours activities as required.
• Attend training seminars and complete safety training.
• Keep company vehicle clean and maintained.
• Complete timecards and stay updated with work orders.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Universal CFC Certification.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.
• Ability to read schematics.
