Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities to ensure efficient operation and longevity of equipment.

Requirements

• Universal EPA 608 Certification required.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders.
• Experience managing work orders using CMMS technology preferred.
• Experience in a service-related role specific to commercial facilities preferred.
