Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician will operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities to ensure efficient operation and longevity.

In Short

• Perform inspections and repairs on HVAC and related systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to repair requests.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Prepare reports on facility conditions and recommend actions.
• Support after-hours building activities as needed.
• Utilize building automation and fire/life safety systems.
• Provide tools required for the job.
• Attend training seminars for skill enhancement.
• Respond effectively to emergencies.
• Maintain good housekeeping in work areas.

Requirements

• Universal EPA 608 Certification required.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Valid state driver’s license is mandatory.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Experience in managing work orders with CMMS technology preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design is advantageous.
• Service-related experience in commercial facilities is a plus.
• Willingness to perform on-call duties and overtime as required.
