Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician will operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities, ensuring efficient operation and longevity of the equipment.

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Perform inspections and repairs on building interior and exterior.

• Prepare summary reports for management on conditions and recommendations.

• Provide tools necessary for assigned work.
• Manage work orders using CMMS technology.
• Maintain compliance with local ordinances and laws.

Requirements

• Universal EPA 608 Certification required.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Ability to perform on-call duties and overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design preferred.
• Experience in a service-related role specific to commercial facilities.
