Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician operates, inspects, and maintains HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficient operation and longevity.

In Short

• Operate and maintain HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Perform inspections and repairs on property interiors and exteriors.
• Respond to emergencies and prepare summary reports.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and local codes.
• Support after-hours building activities as required.
• Provide tools required for the job.
• Attend training seminars periodically.
• Perform preventive and repair work orders.
• Utilize building automation and fire/life safety systems.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Universal EPA 608 Certification required.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Valid state driver’s license is necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders.
• Experience with CMMS technology preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design is a plus.
• Service-related role experience in commercial facilities is preferred.
• Ability to perform on-call duties and overtime.
