Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficient operation and longevity.

In Short

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive and repair work on facility systems.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and prepare summary reports.
• Utilize building automation and safety systems.
• Support after-hours building activities as needed.
• Attend training seminars for skills enhancement.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety in work areas.
• Lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.

Requirements

• Universal EPA 608 Certification required.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Ability to perform on-call duties and overtime.
• Knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design preferred.
• Experience managing work orders with CMMS technology.
• Experience in a service-related role for commercial facilities.
