Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician operates, inspects, and maintains HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime.

• Operate and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
• Perform preventive and repair work on facility systems.
• Conduct inspections and report on conditions affecting occupancy.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safety compliance.
• Submit summary reports and recommend actions for repairs.
• Utilize building automation and fire/life safety systems.
• Support after-hours building-related activities as needed.

Requirements

• Universal EPA 608 Certification required.
• Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Valid state driver’s license is necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Willingness to perform on-call duties and overtime.
• Knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design preferred.
• Experience with CMMS technology is a plus.
• Background in service-related roles for commercial facilities is beneficial.
