• Support implementation of Global Quality Implementation Plan.
• Create reports and dashboards for quality management.
• Conduct gap analysis of account processes.
• Ensure timely resolution of non-compliance issues.

• Manage Quality & Compliance email communications.
• Support the Responsible Business Alliance submissions.
• Assist in event management for World Quality week.

Requirements

• Graduate/Post Graduate degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in a related field.
