Overview

The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing facilities management, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing service delivery while leading a team and adhering to financial targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of industry experience.

• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS/Work Order systems.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of real estate and building systems.
• Ability to supervise vendor performance.
