Overview

The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for managing assigned sites within the account portfolio, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements while leading a team of Facility Management professionals.

• Manage performance and outcomes of assigned staff.
• Interface with third-party owners to ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee facility services according to standard processes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets.
• Support collection of management fees from tenants.
• Manage team development and succession planning.
• Travel to regional locations as needed.
• Build actionable career development plans for direct reports.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven record of excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of business and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Familiarity with GXP guidelines is preferred.
