Overview

The Senior Facilities Manager at JLL is responsible for managing client relationships, leading operational services, and overseeing financial aspects of facility management.

• Oversee hard service suppliers and ensure compliance with agreements.

• Conduct root cause analysis for vendor failures.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in vendor or facility management.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Must live within the client territory.
