The Senior Facilities Manager will oversee the management of a portfolio of client spaces across EMEA, ensuring high service quality and effective team leadership while managing budgets and client relationships.

Requirements

  • Excellent people skills and ability to interact with clients.
  • Strong communication skills in local language and English.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements.
  • Proficient in PC literacy and management systems.
  • Understanding of commercial contracts and financial analysis.
  • Experience in facilities, property management, or related fields.
  • Tertiary qualification in facilities management or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of critical facilities and technical aspects of property.
  • Experience in move and relocation management.
