Overview

As a Receptionist at JLL, you will be the first point of contact for incoming guests and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

In Short

  • Operate and manage the building visitor card kiosk system.
  • Greet and guide visitors while coordinating with employees.
  • Maintain the reception area to the highest standards.
  • Administer meeting and conference room bookings.
  • Handle internal and external mail distribution.
  • Ensure cleanliness of pantries and meeting rooms.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks.
  • Provide Helpdesk service and escalate calls as needed.
  • Coordinate local office events.
  • Ensure compliance with management regulations.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a service-oriented position.
  • Ability to work well with others and meet targets.
  • Proactive and professional customer service attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software and MS Office.
