Overview

The Receptionist at JLL will manage front desk operations, ensuring a professional first impression and efficient communication flow within the organization.

  • Manage front desk operations and greet visitors.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and package handling.
  • Coordinate cleaning staff and maintain a hygienic workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Manage booking and maintenance of meeting spaces.
  • Assist in pantry service and maintain supplies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.
  • Manage office supply inventory and procurement.
  • Maintain digital information displays.
  • Prepare payment submissions related to facilities management.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a service-oriented position.
  • Able to cooperate and work well with others.
  • Proactive and professional approach to customer service.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software and MS Office suite.
