Overview

The Operating Engineer at JLL will focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across various systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

• Operate and maintain facility equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of trades schooling in electrical systems, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• Certification as a Universal Technician for CFC’s is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot various operational systems.
• Physical capability to lift 35 pounds and work in various conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
