Overview

JLL is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lighting Automation Specialist with expertise in Enlighted smart building technology, responsible for installation, programming, maintenance, and optimization of intelligent lighting systems.

In Short

• Primary facilitator for Enlighted lighting control systems.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of lighting control equipment.
• Program and configure lighting control strategies.
• Monitor performance and perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide training and support to staff on lighting system operation.
• Stay updated on electrical technologies and regulations.
• Respond to emergency electrical issues outside regular hours.
• Manage work order queue for timely completion.
• Assist in developing preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a lighting specialist.
• Valid electrical license or certification.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Physical stamina for various work environments.
• Proficiency in network protocols relevant to building automation.
• Familiarity with other building automation systems is a plus.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
