Lead Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Lead Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician at JLL is responsible for directing mobile engineering services and maintenance of assigned buildings, providing support to field operations, and implementing strategic material acquisition strategies.

In Short

• Assist Operations Supervisor in directing mobile engineering services.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly operations and mechanical reports.
• Maintain staffing schedules and employment records.
• Run performance reports from JLL CMMS.
• Respond to emergencies effectively.
• Maintain and operate HVAC equipment.
• Coordinate purchasing and inventory control.
• Participate in management training seminars.
• Make recommendations for systems improvement.
• Support the Preventive Maintenance Program.

Requirements

• Universal EPA 608 Certification required.
• Minimum six years of technical and supervisory experience.
• Strong background in HVAC equipment repair and maintenance.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Excellent knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• On-call duties and overtime may be required.
• Preferred knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design.
• Experience managing work orders using CMMS technology.
• Experience in a service-related role in commercial facilities.
