Lead HVAC Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Lead HVAC Service Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, water chillers, and various mechanical, plumbing, and electrical building systems, while traveling to different commercial properties within a specified region.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Universal EPA 608 Certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair.
• Self-starter mentality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing work orders using CMMS technology preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in a service-related role specific to commercial facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design and application preferred.
