HVAC Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The HVAC Service Technician will focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment on all HVAC systems, contributing to the overall maintenance and functionality of the buildings.

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems.
• Multi-skilled in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting operations.
• Lift up to 80 lbs and work from heights.
• Study and familiarize with various equipment and methods.
• Work in adverse conditions, including extreme temperatures.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Universal EPA / CFC license required.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of system design and applications.
• Preferred: Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship.
