Overview

The Lead HVAC Service Technician will focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment on all HVAC systems, ensuring a well-functioning environment.

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders.
• Study and become familiar with various equipment and methods.

• Required to have a High School diploma or GED.
• Universal EPA/CFC license is mandatory.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience required.
• Preferred two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship.

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work from heights.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Familiarity with building automation and safety systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
