Overview

The Front Office Executive at JLL is responsible for managing the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and employees.

In Short

  • Manage front desk operations and provide a warm welcome to visitors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and email communications.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare management reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assist with client visit arrangements and logistics.
  • Process bills and invoices daily, maintaining accurate records.
  • Book conference and board rooms as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Support the facilities team with daily walkthroughs.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a front office executive or guest relations executive.
  • Background in hotel management or relevant graduate degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service focus and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven experience in client reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a pleasing personality.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with managing office events and logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in compliance with company regulations.
