Overview

The Front Office Executive at JLL is responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the Front Office, ensuring that established policies and procedures are followed while providing a full range of services to visitors and employees.

Requirements

  • BHM/Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 4-6 years overall experience, with 4-5 years in the industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Vendor and people management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
  • Teamwork and positive thinking attitude.
  • Experience in handling multiple tasks.
  • Adaptable and composed under pressure.
  • Training of front office staff as per training calendars.
  • Ensure compliance with JLL management regulations.
