We are seeking a highly skilled Fit-Out Project Manager to join our Project Delivery Team, focusing on a prestigious financial institution account in the Middle East. This role demands a professional adept at managing a diverse range of projects, from small-scale moves to major capital investments.

In Short

• Lead and report on project activities to the Middle East Cluster Lead.
• Manage the full spectrum of project activities for fit-out projects.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to refine project briefs.
• Oversee design management to ensure client satisfaction.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and documentation.
• Administer complex contracts and lead tender preparations.
• Deliver projects while managing risks and maintaining quality.
• Travel up to 20% of the time may be required.
• Collaborate with various trades to meet project objectives.
• Support career ambitions and professional growth within JLL.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience in managing fit-out projects in the Middle East.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and AdaptiveWorks.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• International safety qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of project management performance KPIs.
• Ability to manage compliance with local government approvals.
• Experience in contract administration and negotiations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
