The Events Porter at JLL will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all event spaces are presentable and ready for guests, contributing to a memorable experience that reflects the Salesforce brand.

In Short

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure event spaces are presentable and ‘show ready’ at all times.
• Execute organized requests across all Events & Hospitality functions.
• Serve and clear catering while maintaining high standards.
• Manage last minute requests and problem solve challenges.
• Work closely with Events & Hospitality teams and external vendors.
• Maintain a high level of personal presentation and professionalism.
• Adhere to corporate security and health & safety policies.
• Participate in the Salesforce ERT program for emergencies.
• Be proactive in communication and teamwork.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in hospitality or events, particularly in front of house roles.
• Strong customer service background in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Intermediate to advanced IT skills, preferably with Google tools.
• Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work as a team player.
• High attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
