Intern, Events - Remote

Overview

As an Intern, Events, you will support the execution of a variety of events, including webinars, trade shows, and internal gatherings, working closely with the events team to ensure logistics run smoothly.

• Assist with coordinating logistics for upcoming events.
• Support on-site and virtual event setup and breakdown tasks.
• Help maintain and update event timelines and planning documents.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather information.
• Track inventory and assist in ordering supplies for events.

• Contribute to event marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Interest in event planning and coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
