Overview

Urbint is looking for a passionate, motivated Events Marketer to support Urbint’s growth across marketing functions. This role focuses on planning and executing successful events and conferences.

In Short

• 100% Remote - Hiring in the US (Houston, Atlanta, Columbus, Tampa)
• Focus on event marketing with a successful event calendar.
• Manage logistics and budgeting for industry conferences.
• Partner with event organizers and secure speaking opportunities.
• Liaise with agencies for booth and swag needs.
• Work closely with Sales for event preparation.
• Travel 30-40% to ensure event success.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience preferred.
• Skills in graphic design and video production are a plus.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a software company.
• Ability to prioritize and focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision needed.
• Results-oriented with measurable impact on goals.
• Genuine interest in the utility industry is recommended.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
• Skills in graphic design (Figma, Canva) are beneficial.
